The selection process consists of written tests in Portuguese, English, Mathematics, and Physics, Health Inspection, Psychological Aptitude Exam, Physical Conditioning Assessment Test, Complementary Heteroidentification Procedure, and Document Validation.
The written tests will take place on May 30. Those approved in the Air Force Sergeant exam at all stages must report to the School of Aeronautics Specialists (EEAR), in Guaratinguetá (SP), on January 16, 2022, for the Final Concentration.

Upon successful completion of the Air Force exam, the student will be promoted to the rank of Third Sergeant and will be assigned and classified in one of the Military Organizations of the Air Force Command (COMAER), located throughout the national territory, according to the administrative needs.

- Must be no less than 17 years old and not turn 25 by December 31 of the year of enrollment in CFS 1/2022.
