The Focus of the Company’s Internship Job Offer Is Inclusion. In The Selection, Gender, Color, Age, or Race Will Not Be Considered
Multinational Oracle has opened registrations for its new internship program aimed at focusing on diversity and inclusion of candidates. The selection of students is offering 40 internship positions in Brazil, with registrations open until April 5. In Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Costa Rica, the program is offering 60 positions.
The selection process for Oracle’s internship positions will not require any type of resume submission from candidates and will also conceal data such as age, race, gender, and others, reinforcing that the key differentiator for choosing candidates for the company’s internship positions will be the compatibility of the person’s values with Oracle.
About the Multinational Oracle
Oracle believes in diversity as a strong tool for innovation and reports that over the past three years, it has been possible to see the positive impacts generated by its internship program. According to Alexandre Maioral, president of Oracle Brazil, the program for internship positions goes far beyond attracting new interns. “I see in the company how much the last groups have changed our way of thinking and renewed the company’s energy. Since the first edition, we have attracted people eager to learn and make a difference, who have taught us so much about collaboration and innovation.
