Multinational Oracle has opened registrations for its new internship program aimed at focusing on diversity and inclusion of candidates. The selection of students is offering 40 internship positions in Brazil, with registrations open until April 5. In Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Costa Rica, the program is offering 60 positions.
The selection process for Oracle’s internship positions will not require any type of resume submission from candidates and will also conceal data such as age, race, gender, and others, reinforcing that the key differentiator for choosing candidates for the company’s internship positions will be the compatibility of the person’s values with Oracle.

The internship offered by Oracle can be conducted entirely remotely, which facilitates the registration of candidates from all over Brazil, with interested students able to choose from four areas of expertise that best match their profile, which are: commercial area, solutions specialist area, consulting, and communication and marketing.
Registrations for Oracle’s Internship Program Can Be Done Online
Students interested in participating in Oracle’s internship job offer must meet some prerequisites to register. Among them are: being enrolled in a university accredited by MEC and having enough study time to enter the internship program. Oracle does not require experience, specific college education, gender, age, city, or country.
The selection process for Oracle’s internship positions will happen in five stages, with four being conducted in a concealed manner (not selecting candidates based on their physical or racial characteristics). After the internship period, the student has the possibility of being invited by the company to participate in a program similar to a Trainee program, called GenO-Pró, which has a duration of 24 months.
