During the consultation, it will be necessary to provide information such as CPF, process number, or the OAB registration of the legal representative. This information allows locating the request and monitoring its status.
The type of payment, whether RPV or precatório, can be confirmed in the procedural tracking system provided by the courts. Therefore, monitoring each update is essential to confirm the issuance of the request and the expected deposit. It is only after the consolidation of information that the amounts are effectively released for bank credit.
