Details of the Specialization Spots in Green Hydrogen at the Federal Institute
The eight free spots will be distributed according to an inclusive policy:

- 20% of the spots are reserved for Black (Afro-Brazilian and mixed race) and Indigenous people, in accordance with the Affirmative Action Regulations of IFCE Postgraduate Studies.
- 10% of the spots are allocated for people with disabilities, also in line with the Institute’s Affirmative Actions.
- 70% of the spots are for low-income individuals, that is, those from families with income equal to or less than 1.5 minimum wage, according to Decree no. 11,016, of March 29, 2022.
Who Is the Course For?
This specialization from the Federal Institute is distinct for those who already have a higher education degree, whether a full teaching degree or a bachelor’s degree, in the fields of Engineering or Exact and Earth Sciences. The course will have a total workload of 360 hours, distributed over 18 months. In addition to theoretical classes, students will need to prepare a final course paper (TCC).
