A partnership established between the Ministry of Tourism and a Federal Institute will open numerous spots for those who want to learn English and Spanish. This, for free. Read the article and understand.

Learning a new language, besides being rewarding, opens doors both in personal and professional life. However, despite the willingness, few people can take these courses due to financial issues.

With this in mind, the Ministry of Tourism, in partnership with the Federal Institute of Tocantins (IFTO), opened many spots for those who want to learn English or Spanish. This, without having to pay anything for it.

According to the Ministry of Tourism, there are a total of 528 spots for these free Initial and Continuing Education (FIC) courses in English and Spanish applied to tourism services.

Furthermore, according to the ministry, this opportunity, offered due to the partnership with the institute, is intended for professionals and students in the sector and will be offered in the distance learning format (EaD), meaning that the interested party does not need to leave home to learn the new language.

Division of Spots

According to the Ministry of Tourism, of the 528 available spots, 268 will be allocated to the English course. On the other hand, the remaining 260 opportunities will be reserved for those who wish to learn Spanish.

How to Enroll in the Free English and Spanish Courses

Anyone wishing to enroll in one of the courses must fill out a form on the site seletivo.ifto.edu.br. According to the Ministry of Tourism, these courses offered in partnership with the Federal Institute will accept registrations until the next March 3.

On the website, the person will have access to a registration form. There, they must fill out the requested information and click to submit the form. According to the Ministry of Tourism, it is essential to check the information sent before clicking the confirm button.

Once registering their enrollment, it is necessary to click the button to generate the enrollment card. Each candidate can only choose one language, and classification will be in order of enrollment. This, according to the number of available spots.

Finally, according to the ministry, the names of the selected participants will be announced on March 6. These individuals will be assigned to classes, which will have live sessions, meaning that this course will not include recorded classes. The courses will start on March 18 and will run until July 31 of this year.
