Attention youths from São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, and Greater Recife, Instituto Proa is offering thousands of spots in free courses with certificates for candidates aged 17 to 22 who are seeking their first job. See below how to enroll!

The São Paulo government opens 1,700 spots in free courses in the capital and Greater São Paulo, with classes starting on April 27 and registrations available in person or online for areas with high demand in the job market.
Participants receive certificates upon completing the courses, and access to an exclusive platform with job vacancies. The institute expects to serve around 13,000 youths in 2023, with courses in January, April, and August.

- Administration (P&G);
- Logistics (P&G);
- UX Design (Accenture);
- Brand Promotion (BRF).
The selection process is divided into three stages, where the first is registration, followed by a basic test of Portuguese Language and Logical Reasoning. Those who pass the second stage will move on to the final stage.
Some requirements:
- Be between 17 and 22 years old
- Have graduated from high school in a public school
- Have a weekly availability of 7 hours and 30 minutes to attend classes. There will also be some remote meetings with tutors who will assist in the journey towards the first job.
