The municipality of Porto Feliz, in the interior of the State of São Paulo, will be the site of one of the largest private investments in logistics in recent years, as announced by Master Cargas Brasil.
The company officially confirmed the investment of R$ 200 million for the construction of a new logistics center, a project that promises to transform the local and regional economic dynamics by creating approximately 400 direct and indirect jobs during the subsequent phases of the venture.
The implementation plan, which will last five years, calls for a modern structure with operational capacity to handle around 4,000 loads per month.

Lock manufacturer from Rio Grande do Sul invests R$ 150 million to surpass R$ 1 billion in revenue, create 200 jobs, and double storage capacity, while choosing Santa Catarina to set up a new logistics center and speed up deliveries in Southern Brazil.
The business potential calculated by the company for the new logistics hub could reach R$ 600 million in road freight over a period of 60 months, significantly increasing the company’s presence in the national market.
The future complex, which will be built on a total area of 450,000 square meters, will have its construction divided into three phases.
Each phase provides for the delivery of logistics modules with 15,000 square meters, equipped with state-of-the-art technological infrastructure.
Among the differentiators are the integration of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS), automatic identification of goods by RFID (radio frequency technology), as well as real-time control panels and smart access, favoring process automation and continuous monitoring of all operations.

According to information provided by the company, advanced automation at the new logistics center will incorporate equipment such as conveyor belts, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and digital truck scales.
The implementation of these technological resources aims to optimize productivity, ensure greater precision in operations, and reduce processing time for loads.
Logistics Services and Sectors Served
The Porto Feliz unit was designed to offer a robust portfolio of logistics services, including warehousing, distribution, load consolidation, tax outsourcing — with strict compliance to tax regulations —, reverse logistics and customized operations according to customer needs.
According to estimates by Master Cargas Brasil, the new facility will have the capacity to process a monthly freight volume valued at R$ 10 million.
The sectors covered by the new logistics center include automotive, agribusiness, e-commerce, beverages, and appliances.
Thus, the initiative seeks to meet the growing demand from strategic segments for the national economy, offering agile, secure, and scalable solutions.
The founder and president of Master Cargas Brasil, Tânia Lopes Anselmo, stated that “the hub in Porto Feliz represents an intelligent business center that integrates operation, strategy, and compliance in a single environment.”
According to the executive, the new space consolidates the company’s commitment to innovation, safety, and efficiency in the Brazilian logistics sector.
Strategic Location and Competitive Advantages
The selection of Porto Feliz to host the new investment was based on relevant logistical factors.
The city is located near important highways and industrial hubs in the State of São Paulo, facilitating access to consumer markets and suppliers in different regions of the country.
Moreover, the local availability of skilled labor was pointed out by the company as a differentiator for the project’s feasibility.
According to logistics sector experts, the strategic choice of the municipality contributes to reducing operational costs, improving productivity, and increasing the company’s competitiveness on the national stage.
Another point highlighted by Master Cargas Brasil is the potential to speed up processes, making the delivery of goods more efficient and timely, both for large industries and for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs who rely on road freight transportation.
Governance, Certifications, and Sustainability
The logistics center project follows strict corporate governance standards.
Regular internal audits are planned, along with obtaining the international certification Great Place to Work (GPTW), globally recognized for certifying healthy, ethical, and collaborative work environments.
In terms of security, the complex will feature monitoring systems equipped with artificial intelligence and high-resolution cameras, multi-risk insurance policies, as well as contingency plans aimed at protecting people, assets, and operations.
Environmental concern is also present, through actions aimed at energy efficiency, rational use of natural resources, and improved reverse logistics management, all aligned with ESG criteria (good environmental, social, and governance practices).
These initiatives aim to ensure that the investment of R$ 200 million contributes sustainably to the city’s development, promoting economic growth while adopting responsible practices for the future of the planet.
Job Creation and Impact on the Local Economy
The arrival of the new logistics center of Master Cargas Brasil represents a significant injection of resources into the economy of Porto Feliz.
The expectation is that, in addition to creating around 400 jobs, there will also be a positive effect on sectors such as commerce, services, transportation, and urban infrastructure.
The jobs created encompass everything from operational and administrative positions to highly specialized technical roles, fostering professional and social development for the city’s residents and the surrounding region.
The economic impact of the venture is considered significant for both Porto Feliz and neighboring cities, broadening job opportunities, professional training, and growth for small and medium-sized companies linked to the logistics chain.
By establishing itself as a regional reference in logistical solutions, the new center of Master Cargas Brasil reinforces the role of the interior of São Paulo in the national scenario of transportation and freight distribution.
