HR Business Partner Coordinator
For the position of HR Business Partner Coordinator, a complete degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, and related fields is required, as well as a desirable postgraduate degree or MBA in Human Sciences, experience in the industry as a BP, and familiarity with budget management, KPIs, and headcount.
Kaizen Specialist Operator
Those interested in the position of Kaizen Specialist Operator are required to have completed high school, preferably with vocational training in mechanics or electronics, knowledge of basic PLC programs, electrical schematics, and installation or monitoring of equipment.
Mid-Level Engineering Analyst (R&D – Prototypes)
For the position of Mid-Level Engineering Analyst (R&D – Prototypes), Nissan requires a completed degree in Engineering, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and desirable experience in prototype management, import or export, or a similar role within the industry.
Automation Technician
Finally, for the position of Automation Technician, a completed high school education with technical training in Automation, Electromechanics, or Electrical Engineering is required, along with experience in automotive equipment maintenance on the shop floor, maintenance of electronic equipment on the bench, among others.
