Requirements

Technical degree in the following areas: Mechanics, Electronics, Electrical or Instrumentation.
CBSP
Advanced Excel
Advanced knowledge of the SAP ERP in the PM and MM modules.
Minimum experience: 5 years in the position in the Chemical and/or Petrochemical segment.
Must reside in Santos or the surrounding region

Activity Description

Management of the maintenance work order portfolio using the SAP R/3 PM and MM modules
Requesting usage profiles in SAP through the GPAS tool,
Appropriation of hours in maintenance orders,
Research in SAP R/3 for maintenance orders to be executed,
Creation of notes and maintenance orders and planning of service execution,
Verification of executed and non-executed orders,
Negotiation on the release of resources for the execution of maintenance orders,
Registration of service planning in the internal application PI- APlat,
Issuance of pending reports
Notes and maintenance orders
Participation in onshore and offshore service planning meetings.
