The Assessments Follow Market Parameters And Consider The Conservation Status Of The Lots.

The Pre-Bid Will Start On October 20 At 9 AM And Serves As A Preventive Measure Against Technical Failures During The Auction. When The Suggested Value Is Not Surpassed Within 30 Seconds Of Public Session, It Will Automatically Become The Winner.
It Is Important To Highlight That, According To Federal Law No. 14,133/2021, There Is No Possibility Of Withdrawal After The Confirmation Of The Bid.
Minimum Increment Values
The Bids Follow Criteria Defined By The Notice:
- Preserved Vehicles: Increments Of R$ 100.
- Usable Scraps: Increments Of R$ 50.
- Scraps For Recycling: Increment Of R$ 0.02 Per Kilo Of The Lot.
These Rules Ensure That The Bids Follow Balanced Standards And Avoid Discrepancies In Offers.
Another Important Point: Even After The Start Of The Pre-Bid, The Owners Of The Vehicles Have The Right To Retrieve Them Until One Business Day Before The Auction. To Do So, They Must Fully Settle Pending Debts, Including Fines, Removal, And Storage At The Yard, As Established By Resolution 623/2016 Of Contran.

Who Can Participate
The Auction Will Be Open To Individuals And Legal Entities. For Vehicles In Driving Condition, Any Person Registered With The Federal Revenue Service Can Participate. However, Usable Scraps Require Companies To Have An Active Registration With The Transit Authority For The Sale Of Used Parts. For Useless Scraps, Only Legal Entities Related To The Steel Or Melting Sector Can Make Offers.
Participation Impediments
Although It Is Open To The Public, Some Restrictions Ensure Security And Transparency:
- Employees Of Detran-SP And Relatives Up To The Second Degree.
- Auctioneers, Their Teams, And Relatives Up To The Second Degree.
- Partners, Administrators, Or Owners Of The Accredited Yards, Plus Close Relatives And Employees.
- Individuals Or Legal Entities That Are Prohibited From Contracting With The Public Administration, As Provided By Federal Law No. 14,133/2021 And Law No. 10,520/2002.
