Oil and gas company has big plans for social inclusion

Nir Lander, Vice President of People and Management at Ocyan, says that in 2019 they launched the Diversity Program, prioritizing three main focuses – gender equity, people with disabilities and race/ethnicity, – but the social theme is transversal to all they. According to him, it is not enough to create vacancies and wait for candidates to appear.
