Log-In Logistics Achieves R$ 683.8 Million in 1T25, with Net Profit of R$ 26.5 Million, an Increase of 219%. Feeder Expansion and Mercosur Stand Out.

Log-In Logistics, a prominent name in the transportation sector, once again revealed surprising results. In 2025, this logistics company achieved impressive revenues, consolidating its position as an innovative and efficient logistics group. During the first quarter, Log-In Logistics not only maintained its growth pace but also exceeded expectations, thanks to robust increases in operational volume.

Among the highlights of the quarter, Log-In Logistics registered a notable expansion of its services, strengthening its presence in strategic regions. The company’s net operational revenue reached significant milestones, reaffirming its commitment to excellence and efficiency. This performance is directly linked to active participation in the economic activities of Argentina, providing the company with new growth and investment opportunities in Mercosur.

Financial Results and Growth Strategies

Since its founding, Log-In Logistics has distinguished itself by its ability to adapt and innovate. In 2025, this capability was once again evidenced in the financial results and the expansion strategies adopted by the company. The focus on feeder and operations in Mercosur resulted in a significant increase in net profits, which showed an impressive rise compared to the previous year.

The logistics company attributes part of its success to the growth of the maritime transport sector, where it has gradually consolidated its presence. In January 2025, Log-In Logistics announced new partnership agreements, expanding its service network and reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development and high-quality service. These actions are part of an aggressive strategy to dominate the market and provide comprehensive and innovative logistical solutions.

Log-In Logistics’ expansion is not limited to its internal operations. The company has been involved in various initiatives to promote growth in target markets, including efforts aimed at improving operational efficiency. Thanks to strategic investments made over the years, the company has positioned itself competitively in a challenging business environment.

According to data released by Log-In Logistics itself, continuous investment in new technologies and the relentless pursuit of operational excellence have played a crucial role in the growth observed. With ambitious goals for the coming years, the logistics company is prepared to face new challenges and offer solutions that meet the demands of a constantly evolving market.

Financial and Operational Results of the First Quarter of 2025

Log-In Integrated Logistics, a renowned group of integrated logistics solutions, recently disclosed its financial and operational results for the first quarter of 2025 (1T25). Among the important milestones of this period, the increase in the volume of containers transported in Coastal Navigation stands out, characterized as the highest for a first quarter to date. Revenue from the Feeder service reached a historic level, and there was robust growth in the company’s net profit. The Net Operational Revenue (NOR) of the company reached an impressive R$ 683.8 million, marking an increase of 10.4% compared to the same quarter of 2024.

Growth Driven by Coastal Navigation

This remarkable performance of Log-In Logistics was largely driven by Coastal Navigation, whose revenue reached R$ 462 million, representing an increase of 20.6%. This was due to the Feeder, which achieved a record revenue of R$ 221.1 million, along with the economic recovery in Argentina favoring operations in Mercosur. Adjusted EBITDA totaled R$ 153.1 million, reflecting a growth of 6.8% compared to the same period last year. The significant profit of the logistics company reached R$ 26.5 million, an impressive increase of 219.3% compared to the 1T24 data. Pascoal Gomes, the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer of Log-In, highlighted that these solid results reflect the robustness of Log-In Logistics’ strategy, even in a challenging environment.

Expansion of Services and Fleet Modernization

The company is constantly focused on expanding services and modernizing its fleet, which allows it to capture new opportunities and offer increasingly comprehensive and sustainable logistical solutions to its clients. Coastal Navigation, in turn, showed impressive growth during the quarter, particularly in the transported volume, which totaled 194.1 thousand TEUs, recording an increase of 24.6% over 1T24. The feeder was crucial for this progress, with 140.9 thousand TEUs, a notable advance of 48.8%, thanks to the shuttle navigators (SSN) service, created to meet the specific market demand and integrated into the portfolio during the second quarter of 2024.

Factors Affecting Cabotage and Mercosur Revenue

In Mercosur, revenue witnessed a 37% increase, and volume rose 17%, benefiting from the dollar appreciation and Argentina’s economic recovery. However, cabotage registered a 17.6% reduction in transported volume due to the competitive environment. At the Vila Velha Port Terminal (TVV), Net Operational Revenue remained stable at R$ 88.1 million, with a slight increase in container and ancillary service revenues. However, it faced a slight decline in handled volumes: 50.5 thousand containers and 102.6 thousand tons of general cargo, with reductions of 10% and 20%, respectively. In 1T24, container volumes had reached historic highs for the period, but the drop in 1T25 is related to the seasonality of the coffee crop and a reduction in electric vehicle imports.

Retrofit and New Contracts at the Port of Vitória

The observed reduction was also a consequence of the retrofit work, completed in September 2024, temporarily impacting the general cargo volume. Despite this, the container volumes recorded in 1T25 represent the second highest volume achieved by TVV in its history. The terminal’s operational productivity increased by 48%, and the NPS reached its highest level since 2022. Among the strategic advances, the signing of a contract for the exploration of a new area of 70,000 m² at the Port of Vitória stands out, expanding the terminal’s capabilities. Gustavo Paixão, Terminal Director of Log-In, states that the terminal is in a period of commercial restructuring following the completion of the retrofit.

Restructuring in the Road Transport Segment

Regarding Road Cargo Transportation, operated by the brands Tecmar Transporte & Logística and Tecmar Norte, the segment is currently undergoing commercial restructuring. The Net Operational Revenue of the segment totaled R$ 122.4 million, reflecting a decline of 7.7% compared to 1T24, due to the company’s repositioning in the less-than-truckload line. This decline was impacted by a more competitive market. However, container transportation operated at full capacity at major ports such as Santos, Itajaí, and Suape, while warehousing showed growth. A noteworthy fact was the 40% reduction in road incidents, despite the increase in vehicles at the ports of Santos, Navegantes, and Suape.

Advances in the ESG Agenda

Log-In Logistics made significant progress in its ESG agenda during the quarter. In the environmental pillar, the fleet became 17% more efficient in fuel consumption per ton/ship, and the company received a B- rating in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). The company promoted initiatives such as the campaign ‘Valuing Water is Valuing Life’ at TVV, and the Community on Board project, in partnership with the Esperança Social Institute. In the social aspect, new classes in the internship program and gender equity-focused initiatives stand out, such as the ELLAS program, in addition to actions with the group Mulheres da Ilha. In terms of governance, the integration of Tecmar Norte into Tecmar’s SAP system has been completed, reinforcing standardization and efficiency in internal controls.

This detailed overview reflects how Log-In Logistics, as a renowned logistics company, continues to strengthen its market position while enhancing its business strategies to align with future demands and its ambitious sustainable growth goals.
