Lightwall Plans To Open New Factory In Santa Catarina With Support From The State Government, Promising Innovation And Job Creation In The Construction Sector.

The Lightwall, known for its precast panels used in civil construction, is preparing to open a new factory in Santa Catarina. According to Jonianderson Menezes, deputy secretary of Sicos, the government is committed to providing all the necessary conditions for the new factory to be installed in the state.

New Lightwall Unit In São Paulo

On Thursday, the 5th, Jonianderson Menezes was present at the inauguration of a new Lightwall unit in Rio Claro, São Paulo.

This new plant received an investment of R$ 80 million and marks an important step for the company.

The new factory will produce precast components with a special mix of materials, providing structures with advanced characteristics such as rigidity, thermal insulation, and soundproofing.

Lightwall is known for its innovation in the sector and, with the new unit, promises to continue offering solutions that speed up the construction process.

According to the company, a house of approximately 40 square meters can be assembled in just 12 hours, a significant advantage for the construction market.

The programs for tax incentives from the state government of Santa Catarina, such as Prodec, Pró-Emprego, and TTD 489, have played a key role in attracting new investments.
