The Ministry of Education (MEC), has open registrations for online and free courses with a certificate. There are opportunities in training courses with durations of 90h, 180h, and even 360h. Registrations are completely free and open to people from all over the country. The spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

This series of mini-courses is for those who are interested in mathematical language as well as enhancing the understanding of the skills and characteristics related to mathematics as a strategy for expressing material and human imagination, promoting opportunities for expansion and exchange of information and knowledge in the academic universe.

ADVANCED COURSE IN WELL-BEING IN THE SCHOOL CONTEXT

The Advanced Course in Well-being in the School Context is divided into three Modules, which are further subdivided into Units with reinforcement activities throughout the course. It is a course specially designed for teachers and managers in Basic Education and seeks to provide effective ways for these professionals to improve in their work. The main theme to be studied throughout the modules is the mental health of the entire school community, focusing on strategies to best cope, especially with children and adolescents.

STATISTICS

The Fundamentals of Statistics course covers the necessary knowledge to understand what statistics is and where it is applied. It addresses the fundamental concepts of statistics, aspects of data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTATIONAL THINKING

Introduction to Computational Thinking course with an emphasis on its four pillars: Abstraction, Decomposition, Pattern Recognition, and Algorithms.

GUIDANCE FOR STUDENTS ON PROFESSIONAL CHOICES
