Check Out The 5 Cars That Plummeted In The Fipe Table In 2025 And Are Now Sold For Up To R$ 15 Thousand Below The Official Value. See Why They Are Opportunities In The Used Market.

Not always a depreciated car means a headache. In the Brazilian market, there are complete, modern models full of technology that, for different reasons, face resistance in resale. The result is that many of them end up being advertised at prices up to R$ 15 thousand below the Fipe table. For those who are attentive, these falls represent real buying opportunities, whether in mid-size SUVs, sophisticated sedans, or even in premium brands that still face prejudice.

Check out now the five models that stand out in this scenario and can be found in the used market for much lower prices than the official value.

GWM Haval H6 HEV Premium: Modern Hybrid Already Appears R$ 10 Thousand Below The Fipe

The first on the list is the Haval H6 HEV Premium, a hybrid SUV from GWM that arrived in Brazil bringing cutting-edge technology and a futuristic design. Although it is the entry-level version of the hybrid line, it impresses with robust design, full LED headlights, 19-inch wheels, and interconnected taillights.

Haval H6 HEV Premium

On the inside, it delivers refined finishes, a 10.2-inch digital panel, a 12-inch multimedia system, digital air conditioning, a panoramic sunroof, and a complete equipment package. The mechanical set combines a 1.5 turbo gasoline engine with an electric motor, totaling 243 hp and 54 kgfm of torque, numbers that ensure 0 to 100 km/h in about 8 seconds.

Despite this package, it still suffers from the prejudice of being a “newcomer” brand. Therefore, while the Fipe indicates a value of R$ 182,299 for a 2024 model, it is easy to find listings in the range of R$ 170 thousand to R$ 175 thousand — a real discount in practice.

Jaguar E-Pace R-Dynamic: Premium SUV With 300 Hp Depreciated In Resale

The second model on the list is the Jaguar E-Pace R-Dynamic 2018, a compact premium SUV that draws attention for its style inspired by the sports car F-Type. With a muscular look, 21-inch wheels, and sharp headlights, it stands out on the street.

The interior is worthy of a luxury model: sophisticated finish, complete digital panel, multimedia with mirroring, electric seats with memory, heating, and ventilation.

Jaguar E-Pace R-Dynamic 2018

In the top version, it features a 2.0 turbo gasoline engine with 300 hp and 40.8 kgfm of torque, a 9-speed automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in under 7 seconds.

Even with this level of performance, the market sees the model as problematic, due to high maintenance costs and mechanical similarities with the Range Rover Evoque. Thus, while the Fipe points to about R$ 190,978, many units are sold for R$ 180 thousand or less.

Jeep Compass Limited Diesel: Sales Success That Turned “Excess” In The Market

The Jeep Compass Limited Diesel 2022 is a much-desired medium SUV, but it suffers precisely because it was one of the best-selling in the category. The abundance of units in the market makes it so that, to sell quickly, owners lower the price.

Jeep Compass Limited Diesel:

With a robust style, diamond 19-inch wheels, full LED headlights and taillights, and refined interior finishes, the Limited version brings a 10-inch panel and multimedia system, wireless charger, sunroof, premium sound system, and a complete driving assistance package. Under the hood, it has a 2.0 turbodiesel engine with 170 hp and 35.7 kgfm of torque, with a 9-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.

In the Fipe table, the Compass Limited Diesel 2022 is listed at R$ 154,098, but in practice it is easily found for R$ 140 thousand to R$ 145 thousand, representing a significant drop. The end of the diesel engine in new versions also accelerates this depreciation.

Nissan Sentra Advance: Renovated Sedan That Still Suffers Prejudice

The new Nissan Sentra Advance 2024 has arrived to leave behind the image of a “boring car”. With bold design, sharp headlights, 17-inch wheels, two-tone paint, and a sporty rear, the model gained youthful appeal.

The interior is quiet and refined, offering an 8-inch multimedia system, dual-zone air conditioning, heated seats, a sunroof, and keyless entry.

Nissan Sentra Advance

The engine is a 2.0 naturally aspirated with 151 hp and 20 kgfm, with an 8-speed simulated CVT, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in about 9 seconds and achieving good fuel economy.

Even so, the Sentra suffers from the national preference for SUVs and the stigma of being a former rental car. The result: while the Fipe indicates R$ 134 thousand, there are already units being negotiated for R$ 120 thousand or less.

Ford Territory Titanium: Chinese SUV That Turned Bargain

Closing the list, we have the Ford Territory Titanium 2021, an SUV imported from China that faced resistance in Brazil but delivers an enviable premium package. On the outside, full LED headlights, 18-inch wheels, and a wide rear remind us of luxury SUVs like the Evoque.

On the inside, it surprises with two digital screens, automatic air conditioning, a panoramic roof, electric seats, configurable ambient lights, and top-notch finishes. The engine is a 1.5 turbo gasoline engine with 150 hp and 22.9 kgfm, with CVT transmission. The performance is only mediocre, but comfort and space are strong points.

Ford Territory Titanium

In the Fipe, the Territory Titanium 2021 is listed at R$ 125,736, but in the market it is easy to find units for R$ 115 thousand to R$ 120 thousand. For those who are not concerned about brand image, it is an opportunity to take home a spacious and refined SUV for the price of a compact.

What Do These 5 Cars Have In Common?

All of them show that the Fipe table does not solely dictate market prices. Prejudice against new brands, high maintenance costs, excess supply, or preference for SUVs over sedans explain these drops. For the attentive buyer, this means the chance to buy more equipped, powerful, and sophisticated models for much less than the official value.
