Job Openings in Vale’s New Selection Process

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR I

Pre–Requirements:

High school diploma;
Basic Office suite knowledge desirable;
Category B driver’s license would be a plus;
Experience in the industrial area would be a plus;
Technical education in the industrial area would be a plus.

SAFETY TECHNICIAN

Pre-requisites:

Completed High School and Technical Level in Occupational Safety;
Active registration with the Ministry of Labor;
Knowledge of Office suite and Power Bi;
Experience in maintenance and operations (mining, steelmaking, or industrial);
Desirable knowledge in SAP system and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA);
Desirable to hold a driver’s license (Category B).

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

Performs maintenance, repair, assembly, and improvements. Organizes parts and work area in production. Handles tools, assists in welding, and interprets specifications;

SPECIALIZED VULCANIZER

Pre-requisites:

Experience in the industrial vulcanization area;
Must reside in Mariana, Catas Altas, Santa Bárbara, or Ouro Preto;
Basic computer knowledge;
Technical course in mechanics would be a plus;
