Among the courses is the A3P – Environmental Agenda in Public Administration, aimed at understanding the sustainability guidelines promoted by the federal government.
The content has a duration of 20 hours and can be taken by any interested party on the subject.
Content of the A3P Course
The course introduces the basic concepts of A3P, presents its history, and describes the institutional evolution of the program within public agencies.
The material explains the general objectives of the agenda and its relationship with policies that address the rational use of natural resources and the implementation of socio-environmental management practices.
The next module addresses the adherence term used to formalize the participation of institutions in the agenda and details the functioning of the A3P Network, an environment created to facilitate the exchange of information among participating agencies.
According to the ministry, this network brings together experiences and results shared by institutions from different administrative spheres.
In another part of the content, the course describes the implementation process of A3P, including steps such as diagnosis, planning, and definition of indicators.
The proposal, according to the educational material, is to guide institutions seeking to structure sustainability actions in an organized manner, based on data and defined goals.
Ressoa System and Thematic Axes
There are also explanations about the Ressoa Monitoring System, a platform that records information regarding the execution of the agenda and allows the tracking of metrics related to its thematic axes.
The course demonstrates how the system is used to record data, consolidate results, and generate tracking reports.
The thematic axes of A3P are presented in specific modules.
Among the topics are proper waste management, efficient use of energy, water, and materials, and guidelines for sustainable construction applied to public buildings.
There is also content related to quality of life in institutions, including guidance on ergonomics and occupational risk prevention.
The course also highlights practices of sustainable public procurement and the importance of training for public servants.
According to the ministry, the database of good practices and the events associated with the program serve as platforms for disseminating initiatives developed by different agencies.
A3P Course – Ressoa
In addition to the main training, the A3P – Ressoa course is available, aimed at managers, collaborators, and servers who use the monitoring system of the agenda.
The track has a duration of 10 hours and technically presents the functioning of the tools and menus of the system, starting with initial access and updating institutional data.
The content includes instructions for filling out the good practices menu, consolidating information on consumption, and sending data related to the A3P Seal.
The course also explains how to generate analytical and synthetic reports that assist in monitoring the actions registered in the system.
Course on the National Register of Conservation Units
In the same virtual environment, Educamb also offers the course on the National Register of Conservation Units.
According to informative materials provided by the ministry, the track presents the functioning of the system that gathers official data on protected areas throughout the country.
How to Enroll in Environmental Courses
Registrations for the courses A3P – Environmental Agenda in Public Administration and A3P – Ressoa are open until January 2026.
