MRV Opens 219 Internship Positions in Engineering and Architecture in 22 Brazilian States. Applications Open Until October 3rd. Learn How to Participate.

MRV announced the opening of 219 internship positions in 22 Brazilian states. The program, which targets students of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Civil Production Engineering, and Production Engineering, is now accepting applications and is generating great anticipation among university students.

In Minas Gerais, for example, there are 37 opportunities distributed across seven cities. This way, students from different regions of the state can participate in the selection process without needing to travel far from their locations.

Additionally, applications remain open until October 3rd, which provides enough time for organization and submission of the application.

Thus, the initiative aims to attract young people seeking learning, practical experience, and, consequently, real opportunities for professional growth within the construction company.

Opportunities for Students Nationwide

The construction company, recognized as one of the largest in the Brazilian real estate sector, offers internship positions in various areas of civil construction. The program was structured so that students experience all phases of a project, from planning to final delivery to the client.

In Minas Gerais, there are 37 positions available in strategic cities: Belo Horizonte, Contagem, Betim, Lagoa Santa, Sete Lagoas, Uberaba, and Uberlândia. This distribution increases the chances for students in the state who are looking to enter the market with practical experiences in real projects.

Practical Learning and Direct Contact with Projects

The selected interns will have the opportunity to work directly on MRV’s construction sites, being in constant contact with modern construction technologies and methods.

Thus, the experience provided goes far beyond theoretical learning in the classroom, as the proposal is to allow the student to understand the day-to-day operations of engineering and architecture in practice, thereby connecting academic theory and professional experience.

Furthermore, according to the company, this immersion significantly contributes to broadening the technical training and, at the same time, prepares young people to face the challenges of the construction industry more safely and effectively.

Stipend and Benefits of the Program

The MRV internship program offers a stipend compatible with the hours chosen by the student:

  • R$ 1,150.00 for a workload of 4 hours per day.
  • R$ 1,700.00 for a workload of 6 hours daily.

In addition to the remuneration, interns also receive snack vouchers, ensuring financial support during the learning period.

Growth Within the Construction Company

MRV emphasizes that the internship can be the beginning of a solid trajectory within the company. According to Helene Marques Pires Paranhos, Business Partner Coordinator, a significant number of engineers currently working at the company started as interns.

More than 90% of the engineers at MRV&CO we have today started their careers as interns. The opportunities for growth and learning are endless,” she states.

This reality shows that, in addition to practical experience, the selected candidates can secure a permanent position within the company.

Live Session to Address Questions About the Program

To help those interested understand the internship program better, MRV will hold a live session on YouTube on September 15th, at 5 PM.

The online meeting will feature the participation of MRV’s Vice President of Production, Ronaldo Motta, who will detail the program’s unique features and the career routine within the construction company.

How to Apply for MRV Internship Positions

Applications are now open and can only be submitted online. Candidates must complete the form available on MRV’s website by October 3rd.

With over 200 opportunities across Brazil, the selection promises to attract students from different regions who wish to apply their knowledge in Engineering and Architecture.
