Tupy, a Brazilian multinational based in Joinville, has opened a selection process with 90 openings for Young Apprentice. The program, carried out in partnership with the National Service for Industrial Learning (Senai), offers free theoretical training in Quality and Machining and practical training, which is performed at the Company, lasting one year.

Requirements:
- Be Aged 18 to 22
- Currently Enrolled in or Have Completed High School
- Availability from Monday to Friday during Business Hours.
Benefits: Selected candidates will receive a salary of R$ 1,363.00 and benefits such as transportation, food allowance, and dental plan, in addition to life insurance, Christmas gift, and payroll deductions for purchasing medicine and groceries.
Application: Applications are open until January 19 through the Tupy website. The selection process will consist of online and in-person stages, with the expected hiring at Tupy and the start of the course at Senai in March 2022. Resumes from People with Disabilities (PWDs) are accepted for all Tupy openings.
