Honda Presents Four New Motorcycles to the National Market

The brand is bringing 4 new models to Brazil that promise to change the motorcycle market. Among them, the legendary CB 500 Hornet stands out, returning with a more aggressive design and new technologies. This model is an evolution of the CB 500F, equipped with a TFT panel and angular shapes that differentiate it from current mid-sized nakeds.
Another launch is the new Honda NX 500, a crossover that brings the NX acronym back, which became famous here through the NX 650 Dominator in the 1980s. The model comes equipped with a parallel twin engine and lighter new wheels, delivering to the consumer a completely original and adventurous design.
This aesthetic update is not limited to appearance, as it also contributes to better aerodynamics, resulting in increased stability at high speeds. The ergonomics have been refined, providing a comfortable riding position suitable for long journeys, without neglecting agility in urban maneuvers.
Performance of the New NX Impresses
The engine of the new Honda motorcycle is a 471 cc parallel twin, liquid-cooled, capable of delivering 50.2 horsepower at 8,500 RPM and 4.5 kgfm of torque at 7,000 RPM.
This engine, well-known for its reliability and efficiency, received adjustments to the electronic control unit to improve throttle response. As a result, the riding experience becomes more agile and enjoyable across various RPM ranges. The power delivery is linear and progressive, perfect for both urban use and for trips on roads and off-road trails.
The NX 500 has also been updated in its dynamics, highlighted by the new lightweight alloy wheels, which are less heavy than those of the renowned CB 500X, contributing to a total weight reduction of the motorcycle by 3 kg.
The Showa SFF-BP inverted front fork and the mono-shock rear suspension with preload adjustment ensure a balance between control and comfort, absorbing terrain irregularities and delivering stability in corners. The disc brakes, with dual-channel ABS, guarantee safe and efficient braking in all situations.

The CB 650R E-Clutch is another highlight of the brand for this year, delivering the E-Clutch technology that eliminates the need for the rider to use the clutch lever. This system allows for a more practical and safe ride.

Finally, we have the CRF 1100L Africa Twin, which has arrived updated and retaining its two main versions: standard and Aventure Sports, the latter with a 24.8-liter tank.
The big news is the arrival of 19-inch wheels in the DCT versions of the Adventure Sport, along with new graphics that will be available across all versions. The DCT transmission remains an option, providing the rider with a unique driving experience.
