The Citroën Aircross 2026 arrives at the dealership network with 1.0 turbo engine, CVT automatic gearbox, and a new adventurous appeal option, the XTR, priced at R$ 129,990.
In addition to expanding the equipment package, the model corrects a point that has been criticized since its launch: the controls for the rear windows are now located on the doors, including the driver’s door, and no longer in the central console.
The lineup has also been reorganized, focusing on seven-seat versions.

Practical Change: Window Controls on Doors
The most immediate change for daily life appears in the positioning of the window buttons.
According to the manufacturer, the old solution in the console was a recurring source of complaints for making it difficult for rear passengers and the driver to access.
Now, passengers can operate the windows in an intuitive manner, and the driver has all controls at hand, reducing effort, especially for people with reduced mobility.
Line 2026: Simplified Name and Streamlined Portfolio
Another decision was to abandon the prefix C3 in product communications, consolidating the utility only as Aircross.
At the same time, the brand reduced the number of configurations.

There are still seven-seat versions and a five-seat option aimed at the PCD audience, called Feel.
Internally, industry sources indicate that Citroën is considering prioritizing only the seven-seat configurations starting from the 2027 line, but this has not yet been officially confirmed.
Prices and Positioning of the Citroën Aircross 2026
The Feel Turbo 200 AT version aimed at the PCD audience has a suggested price of R$ 94,860 already with the applicable discounts.
The full reference price for the same configuration is R$ 118,800.
Above that, the seven-seat catalog includes the Feel 7 Turbo 200 AT for R$ 117,990 and the Shine 7 Turbo 200 AT for R$ 126,990.
At the top, the new XTR 7 Turbo 200 is priced at R$ 129,990, positioned as an option with off-road-inspired visual and components, without giving up the mechanical set common to the others.
Visual, Colors, and Measurements of the SUV
In design, the changes are subtle.
The seven-seat versions now display the number “7” on the trunk lid, next to the Aircross name.
The interior receives enhanced upholstery, courtesy light in the glove compartment, and two USB-C ports for the second row in all configurations.
The palette now includes the Cosmo Blue, a color debuted in the Basalt and adopted here.
The dimensions remain unchanged: 4.32 m in length, 1.72 m in width, 1.65 m in height, and 2.67 m in wheelbase.

The trunk offers 493 liters in the five-seat configuration.
In the versions with seven seats, the capacity is 398 liters with the third row folded down.
Turbo Flex Engine and CVT Gearbox
Under the hood, all versions use the well-known 1.0 turbo flex from the Turbo 200 family, with up to 130 hp and 20.4 kgfm.
The CVT gearbox simulates seven gears, prioritizing smoothness and fuel economy.
According to the PBEV/Inmetro, the Aircross registers 11.2 km/l in urban cycles and 13 km/l on the highway with gasoline.
With ethanol, the figures are 7.9 km/l in the city and 9.1 km/l on the road.
This is the same setup applied to the five and seven-seat configurations, which simplifies the lineup and makes maintenance easier.
Equipment by Version
The Feel Turbo 200 AT configuration already comes factory-equipped with a 10.25″ multimedia center, compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay wirelessly, six speakers, and controls on the steering wheel.
It adds two USB-C ports for the second row, USB-A and a 12V socket on the dashboard, LED DRLs, electric steering, power windows front and rear with one-touch and anti-pinch function, alarm, spoiler, hill start assist, tire pressure monitoring, and automatic locking of doors and trunk in motion.
The driver’s seat has height adjustment, the key is a folding type with remote unlock, and there are vanity mirrors for the driver and passenger.

The Feel 7 Turbo 200 AT adds a 7″ digital instrument panel (TFT), third row with two individual foldable and removable seats, supplementary ventilation in the ceiling, and a dedicated phone holder in the back.
Externally, it features the “7” emblem on the trunk lid that identifies the increased capacity.
Above it, the Shine 7 Turbo 200 AT includes digital and automatic air conditioning, rearview camera, fog lights, electric mirrors, rear parking sensor, 17″ diamond-cut alloy wheels with 215/60 tires, darkened interior, rear strip, and gloss black mirror covers, plus speed control and limiter.
The steering wheel receives premium finish with red stitching, and the dashboard gains a glove compartment with superior covering.
The new XTR 7 Turbo 200 is based on the Shine and adds a visual and functional package with an adventurous touch.
Among the elements are darkened 17″ wheels, black gloss grille and rear strip, darkened front double chevron, XTR stickers on the hood and rear, as well as “light green” details on the C-pillar, door sills, and lower door protectors.
The soft-touch finished dashboard features light green stitching, the pedal board has a chromed finish, and the 215/60 tires adopt a mixed-use tread, reinforcing the aesthetic proposal without altering the mechanical base.
It still maintains electric mirrors and the other items from the Shine.
Internal Space and Modularity
The Aircross retains the proposal of seven seats with foldable and removable third-row seats, a solution that increases the versatility of the trunk according to need.
The supplementary ventilation in the ceiling for rear passengers present in the 7 versions enhances thermal comfort on urban and highway trips.

In the five-seat configurations, the emphasis is on the 493-liter trunk, one of the differentiators among compact SUVs focused on families.
What Changed in the 2026 Line
The 2026 package focuses on usability, perceived quality, and organization of the lineup.
The highlights include the relocation of window buttons, addition of light in the glove compartment, two USB-C ports in the rear, and the arrival of the Cosmo Blue color.
In terms of catalog, the offering has been rationalized, and the XTR assumes the top with exclusive visuals, keeping prices close to Shine.
The proposal aims to attract consumers who value a more distinct identity, without compromising on the level of equipment.
In this scenario, which of these updates weighs most in your purchasing decision: the solution for window controls, the arrival of the XTR version, or the pricing positioning against rivals?
