Power Boost of the New Chevrolet Equinox
For the 2025 model year, the Equinox EV SUV will receive a slight power increase. FWD models will now feature 220 horsepower, compared to 213 hp in previous models. The Convenience Package will include extras found in the 2024 Equinox 2LT model, while the Convenience Package 2 will integrate many features from the 3LT trim.

The Chevrolet Equinox EV also qualifies for a US$ 7,500 tax credit for electric vehicles, which can significantly reduce the final cost for consumers. With the credit included, the price of the 2LT model can drop to US$ 35,795, while the basic 1LT can be purchased for under US$ 27,500.
