The FPSO Operator, BW Offshore, Signed a Contract with PetroRio for a One-Year Extension for the Charter and Operation of the Polvo FPSO in Brazilian Waters Today
The contract period between PetroRio and BW Offshore has been extended from Q3 2020 to Q3 2021, with options until Q3 2022 for the Polvo FPSO, located in the Campos Basin, the company reported last Saturday (11).

The contract has been extended several times since the original contract ended in 2014, and this extension represents the seventh extension, with the FPSO operating in the Polvo field in the Campos Basin, Brazil, throughout the period. The sixth previous extension was agreed in January 2019.
