“Today marks a significant step in the relations between Uruguay and Brazil with the integration of infrastructure agendas in both countries. With investments of R$ 150 million, the construction of 12 km of the bridge over the Jaguarão River, located on BR-116 in Rio Grande do Sul, will be the responsibility of Brazil, according to a contract signed in 2013. It is estimated that the bidding for this project will happen in this year 2020 so that project execution can occur in 2021.
