Ocyan, a company in the oil and gas sector, registration opens for the Trainee Program 2022 until the 07/06th. In all, there will be eleven vacancies aimed at candidates with and without experience trained in Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, Economics and International Relations and Engineering: Automation, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanics, Naval, Chemical, Petroleum and Production. Coincidence or not, another contract won by Ocyan this year! This time, for the provision of construction, assembly and maintenance services for replicant FPSOs P-66, P-67, P-68, P-69 and P-70 for Petrobras. The contractual term is four years, with the possibility of extension for another two years. This new project will help the company's offshore maintenance and services business to double in size and once again consolidate its leadership position in this segment in the Brazilian market.

Among the main activities provided for in this contract are the maintenance and repair services of the units, including, but not limited to, the planning and execution of boilermaking, welding, painting, electrical and instrumentation services, equipment maintenance, among others.

The five replicant FPSOs operate in the Tupi, Berbigão and Atapu fields. The units have the capacity to individually produce 150 bpd and compress 6 million m³/day of gas.

The opportunities are for professionals with up to three years of training to work onshore (in the company's office in Rio de Janeiro and at its base in Macaé (RJ)) and offshore (embarked on the high seas). “The Trainee program will take place over two years, consisting of two phases: the first aimed at the external public and the second, inserting internally mapped talents, with the objective of accelerating the cultural integration of external Trainees and boosting the career of talents internals.”, comments Nir Lander, Vice President of People and Management at Ocyan.

The selection process will be conducted with the support of a consultancy specializing in the subject, including CV screening, Cultural Fit and English tests, a game corporate focus on problem solving, in addition to interviews. 

The structure of the program, which starts in July, was developed to take place in two years, in which the Trainee will have an accelerated development, being the first year focused on integration to the culture, knowledge of the corporate structure and institutional programs, in addition to experience in businesses in which it operates, through workshops, interaction with the main executives of the company and job rotation personalized

The second year is dedicated to the development of improvement projects focused on innovation in the target areas.
