The Labor Management Body for Port Work (OGMO Santos) has published the announcement of the new selection process that offers 600 vacancies for port workers in the stevedoring category, represented by Sintraport. Of this total, 300 vacancies are immediate and 300 are for a reserve list, all requiring complete elementary education.
Located on the southern coast of São Paulo, the Port of Santos is the largest in Latin America and one of the main employment hubs in the logistics sector. Portuguese Language – 10 questions
Mathematics – 10 questions
Basic English Language – 10 questions
Basic Computer Skills – 10 questions
Basic Port Legislation – 10 questions
Specific Knowledge – 10 questions
The test is scheduled for December 14, 2025, with the locations and times of the tests to be announced in the calling notice, published on December 4.
After the theoretical test, the approved candidates will undergo a physical assessment test, psychological exam, document analysis, medical examination, and mandatory professional training course, all of which are eliminatory.

The position of temporary port worker involves direct operational activities in loading, unloading, and handling cargo, under conditions that require physical preparation and availability for variable work shifts.
Remuneration will be calculated based on production and work hours, according to collective norms and the operational demand of the port.
