A&T Construction intends to purchase 100% of Heftos Oil and Gas Constructions, located in São Paulo, a company specialized in services for the oil sector, which is based in Macaé (RJ).

Currently, UTC is undergoing judicial recovery. The proposal letter is a further step in the direct negotiations already held between the two parties, outlining contractual terms for A&T to deepen and finalize the legal, operational, and financial audit of Heftos Oil and Gas Constructions.
