The Attorney General’s Office of the State of São Paulo (PGE/SP) has opened a selection process for 30 positions in commissioned roles (CCESP) and trusted functions (FCESP). The opportunities are for candidates with intermediate and higher education, in different areas of expertise.
Registrations and Stages
Registrations are open from August 21 to August 29 and must be done exclusively online, through the official link.
The process will be conducted by the Administration Coordination (CA) of PGE/SP, with support from the Human Resources Department (DRH).

The selection will have four stages: registration, curriculum analysis, interviews, and document verification. The interviews will take place from September 3 to September 23, either in person or remotely.
The final result will be published by October 3 in the Official State Gazette and on the PGE website.
Working Hours and Compensation
All positions have a weekly workload of 40 hours. The compensation follows the guidelines of Complementary Law No. 1,395/2023. This ensures transparency as it establishes payment values and conditions in a unified manner.
Requirements to Participate
To apply, interested parties must prove academic qualifications and experience compatible with the chosen position. Additionally, it is necessary to meet criteria such as moral integrity, good reputation, and not being subject to disqualifications under federal legislation.
