The Pará de Minas City Hall announced the opening of a Simplified Selection Process for hiring professionals for operational positions in the city.

With openings for General Services Assistant and Construction and Services Helper, the initiative aims to fill jobs in different facilities of the Municipal Secretary of Culture and Institutional Communication.

Enrollment will take place between March 10 and 14, exclusively at the Municipal Secretary of Culture and Institutional Communication, from 8 AM to 11 AM and 2 PM to 4 PM.

Candidates must appear in person at the location to ensure participation in the selection process.

Salaries and Work Schedule

The approved professionals will work at locations such as the Cultural House, School of Arts and Crafts, Literary Center, Library, Historical Museum, Cultural Station, and Municipal Theater. For the position of General Services Assistant, the salary will be R$ 1,383.53, while the position of Construction and Services Helper will have a salary of R$ 1,389.93.

Both positions require a commitment of 44 hours per week.

In addition, the hired individuals will receive benefits according to municipal legislation and will be part of a work environment focused on the preservation and promotion of local culture, providing support for cultural activities and the maintenance of public facilities.

Enrollment Criteria

Interested individuals must present a series of mandatory documents to validate their participation in the selection process. These include: a copy of the identity card, Work Card, CPF, Voter Registration,

proof of address, academic history, and certificate of completion of the course “Protected Municipal Heritage – Know to Preserve”.

Additionally, if the candidate has previous experience in the desired area within the city hall, it will be necessary to present a declaration of service time.

The process also includes a stage for an interview, where the professional experience, skills, and knowledge of the candidates regarding the functions they intend to perform will be evaluated.

The objective is to ensure that the hired individuals are aligned with the needs of the city’s cultural institutions.
