PREPOM 2020 – The Maritime Professional Education Program is managed by the Navy and is aimed at training and improving all aquatic personnel of merchant ships, but it is up to the candidate to have the vocational or technical training to enroll in the adaptation courses for aquatic professionals.

Aquatic professionals trained by EFOMM need to take improvement courses with a certain regularity, which are certified in their Registration and Enrollment Booklet (CIR).
Remember that if you pass the tests, you will need a recommendation letter from a company linked to the maritime sector in order to make the adaptations, but the Navy provides ample time for you to obtain this recommendation.
