The Harbor and Coast Directorate – DPC of the Brazilian Navy has announced the list of free offshore courses for all of Brazil through the Maritime Professional Education Program for Waterway Workers – PREPOM 2023. PREPOM 2023 – The Maritime Professional Education Program is managed by the Navy and is intended for the training and improvement of all waterway personnel on merchant ships, but it is up to the candidate to have the vocational or technical training necessary to enroll in the adaptation courses for waterway workers.
Waterway workers trained by EFOMM need to take refresher courses on a regular basis that are certified in their Registration and Record Book (CIR).
