In São Paulo, Novotec – State-Linked Program, Offers Free Technical Courses
The Novotec program, linked to the government of the state of São Paulo, opens enrollment for free technical courses in the Bauru region. Fourteen cities will be covered, with 23,000 vacancies, in nine courses across different areas, aimed at integrating young people into the job market.

The cities offering the courses are Bauru, Lençóis Paulista, Arealva, São Manuel, Borborema, Tupã, Marília, Vera Cruz, Lins, Promissão, Cafelândia, Guaiçara, and Tarumã, all in the state of São Paulo.
Enrollment can be done online and will be open until tomorrow, the 16th. Students in the 9th grade of the state, municipal, and private school systems can enroll in the courses for free through the Novotec website. There is no entrance exam, and preference for vacancies will be given to students living closest to the ETECs.

Senai will pay for you to take a course: in partnership with Petrobras, the program offers 4,000 free spots in technical courses with a certificate recognized by the MEC and a monthly allowance of up to R$ 800 to train professionals for the Brazilian industry.
