Grupo Boticário Initiative Opens Registrations for Online Training in Programming, UX, and Data Engineering for Low-Income Brazilians

Opportunity lies ahead for those who want to enter the technology market without spending anything. The Desenvolve Program, promoted by the Grupo Boticário, is accepting registrations until April 14 for 20,000 free spots in courses on programming, artificial intelligence, UX design, and data engineering. The initiative, now in its fifth edition, is aimed at Brazilians over 18 years old with a complete high school education and a per capita income of up to 2.5 minimum wages.

Training in Two Phases with Customized Tracks

The program is divided into two stages:

Phase 1: introductory course of 20 hours, covering topics on programming logic, AI applied to business, software development, and data analysis. Those who complete this phase receive a free certification and participate in the selection for the next phase.
Phase 2: students with the best performance will be able to choose a specific track for in-depth study:
- Software Development: creating digital solutions and applications.
- UX Design: focusing on user experience and interface design.
- Data Engineering: strategic use of data for decision-making.

This phase includes mentorships with specialists from Grupo Boticário, in addition to exclusive lectures and support for professional development.

Who Can Register for the Courses?

To participate in the Desenvolve Program, you must:

Be 18 years old or older by March 2025
Have a complete high school education
Have a per capita income of up to 2.5 minimum wages
Live in any city in Brazil
Not be an employee of Grupo Boticário or have participated in previous editions

Final Deadline and How to Register for the Courses

Registrations are open until April 14, 2025, and must be made through the official website: desenvolve.grupoboticario.com.br

Phase 1 must be completed between April 17 and May 17. To proceed to advanced training, candidates must pass a virtual test and video interview.
