In lots 98 to 105, there are PS5 with an initial bid of R$ 1,000 and Xbox Series S starting at R$ 1,500.
The items are part of closed lots, meaning that the winning bidder takes all the contents of the selected lot.

When and How to Participate
Bids can be made online from September 18 at 8 AM until September 24 at 6 PM, on the Electronic Auction System of e-CAC.
To participate, you need to access e-CAC, select the public notice no. 0800100/000006/2025 – Regional Superintendence of the 8th Tax Region, choose the lot, click on “include bid”, accept the terms, provide a value above the minimum, and save.
Each participant can submit only one bid per lot, with the possibility of changing or withdrawing it until the end of the submission period.
Who Can Bid
The auction is open to individuals and legal entities.
— Individuals: must be 18 years or older (or emancipated), registered in the CPF, and hold a Silver or Gold seal on gov.br. They cannot resell the auctioned items and can only bid on specific lots, such as 47, 53–57, 65–72, 74–76, 77–93, 98–104, 132–144, 174–192, and 257–259.
— Legal entities: with a valid CNPJ; the legal representative or attorney must have a Silver or Gold seal on gov.br. Companies can bid on all packages, but the public notice indicates that some lots cannot be resold even when won by legal entities.
Other Highlights Among the 259 Lots
Besides consoles, there are electronics, clothing, household items, mechanical equipment, trucks, and even flake graphite. Among the examples listed in the public notice:
- iPhone 11 (lot 77) starting at R$ 800;
- iPhone 12 (lot 78) starting at R$ 1,300;
- Xiaomi Cell Phones (lots 74 to 76) starting at R$ 360;
- Vehicles: Chevrolet and Volkswagen (lots 65 and 66) starting at R$ 12,000; Fiat Palio (lot 67) starting at R$ 4,000;
- Electric Two-Wheelers: 200 A3 Motorcycles (lot 34) starting at R$ 24,000; 71 NineBot Scooters (lot 42) starting at R$ 41,600; Voltz Motorcycles (lots 53 to 57) starting at R$ 7,000.
Price Range and Variety
The minimum values highlight the diversity of the auction: lot 1 features a Pirelli tire for R$ 30, while lot 202 starts at R$ 650,000 for thousands of cell phone parts.
In total, there are 259 lots, with bids made exclusively online and per lot.
Essential Rules to Observe
Individuals cannot resell the auctioned items. Bids are always for the entire lot, and each participant can offer only one bid per lot, which is editable until the closing of bids on September 24 at 6 PM.
The public notice also emphasizes that there are lots with marketing restrictions, valid even for companies.
