What is the ALI Rural Project?

The ALI Rural Project, envisioned by Sebrae-SP, aims to drive innovation in small rural businesses.

Through an exclusive methodology, selected professionals – known as Local Innovation Agents – will work directly on properties, assisting entrepreneurs in the field to overcome challenges and adopt modern management and sustainability practices.

According to Sebrae-SP, this initiative is essential to strengthen the Brazilian agribusiness, a sector that represents a significant part of the national economy.

With the agents’ support, small producers will be able to access technical knowledge and apply practical solutions to improve their competitiveness in the market.

Offered Scholarships and Requirements

The project offers two categories of scholarships to meet different professional profiles. Check the details:

BET Scholarship – N4

For professionals with a completed Bachelor’s degree, there are 200 immediate vacancies and 800 for the reserve list. The monthly remuneration is R$ 5,000, and the requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree recognized by MEC in areas such as:

Agronomic, Agricultural, Environmental, Forestry, Food, or Fisheries Engineering;
Veterinary Medicine;
Zoology;
Agribusiness Management;
Technology in Agribusiness or Food;
Agrarian Sciences.

Minimum experience of six months in areas such as management, entrepreneurship, innovation, or rural businesses.
Availability for on-site visits to rural properties, applying the methodologies developed by the project.

BET Scholarship – N6

For professionals with stricto sensu postgraduate degree, the project offers 10 immediate vacancies and 40 for the reserve list, with a monthly remuneration of R$ 6,500. The requirements are:

Complete postgraduate degree in the area of agrarian sciences.
Professional experience of at least 12 months in management, entrepreneurship, innovation, or rural businesses.
Experience with technical and academic guidance, including supervision of theses, dissertations, or essays.
