Take a Step in Your Career! Ford Has a Free Training Program in Partnership with Senai!

Applications are open for the Ford training program, which has been active in São Paulo since 2022 and is now expanding to a new location. The course is entirely free and lasts for five months, with in-person classes from Monday to Friday. Students will have the opportunity to learn front-end software development, as well as technical English, logic, behavioral skills, and participate in mentoring sessions and lectures on relevant topics in the field, according to your needs.

Participation Requirements

If you are over 16 years old, have completed high school (or are in the 2nd year or above) and are seeking new opportunities, this is your chance! “And the best part? No prior programming experience is needed!” However, candidates will be tested on their math knowledge.

In addition to being a free course, students who join the program will receive a monthly stipend of R$ 360 for food and transportation, paid in daily installments. The training includes educational support, social assistance, help with job interview preparation, and a diploma issued by Senai at the end of the course.

Positions and Applications

There will be 300 positions available throughout the year, with 50 positions open for the first class, and applications are open until November 28. Classes start on January 6, 2025. “So hurry up to secure your spot!”

Selection Process

The selection of participants will be done in five stages. First, you will apply. Then, there will be a remote challenge followed by an in-person knowledge test. Finally, you will participate in an interview.

The remote challenge consists of a test with 20 questions to evaluate your logical reasoning, with three levels of difficulty. The knowledge test will contain 20 questions in mathematics and 20 in text interpretation, totaling 40 points.
