Fiocruz Course Trains To Lead Innovations In Health
Fiocruz Brasília, through the School of Government and the CoLaboratory of Science, Technology, Innovation, and Society, has just opened registrations for Public Call No. 16/2024.
The specialization course in Digital Transformation in Health aims to train professionals who wish to lead digital transformation and innovation projects in the health sector, collaborating with renowned institutions, such as the University of Brasília (UnB).
The program aims to develop leaders capable of implementing innovative technologies in the health system, promoting greater efficiency, transparency, and sustainability.
Main Objectives Of The Specialization
The course has been structured to qualify professionals in three main areas:
Leadership In Digital Transformation Projects: The training covers the knowledge necessary for creating and implementing projects that involve the use of innovative technologies, effectively improving health services.
Transparency And Efficiency: Another important focus is to empower participants to strengthen social control mechanisms and the management of public policies.
This objective involves not only implementing more efficient practices but also promoting a more transparent system.

Distribution Of Vacancies
The specialization will have a total of 60 vacancies, distributed as follows:
- 20 vacancies for public servants of the Federal District Health Secretariat (SES/DF).
- 20 vacancies for collaborators and servants of the National Council of Health Secretaries (CONASS).
- 20 vacancies open for wide competition, allowing other interested professionals in the area to apply.

To be approved, candidates must achieve at least 50% in each stage; otherwise, they will be disqualified.
