Federal Institute Opens Selective Process With Vacancies for Substitute Professors in Inconfidentes and Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais.

On this Wednesday, (09/25), the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Southern Minas Gerais (IFSULDEMINAS) has an open selective process for filling vacancies for Substitute Professor. This selection is important to meet the temporary need of exceptional public interest at the Campuses of Inconfidentes and Carmo de Minas. Applications will be open until October 7.

Those interested in participating in the selective process can submit their applications until 11:59 PM on October 7.

The procedure must be done exclusively online, through the official website of IFSULDEMINAS.

What Is the Salary and Benefits Offered?

The remuneration for substitute professors at the Federal Institute varies according to the qualification and the workload to be fulfilled.

For a workload of 20 hours per week, the remuneration for those with specialization will be R$ 2,681.35, for master’s degree holders it will be R$ 3,046.99, and for doctorate holders it will be R$ 3,839.21.

For a workload of 40 hours per week, salaries are R$ 3,924.53 for professors with specialization, R$ 4,692.37 for master’s degree holders, and R$ 6,356.02 for doctorate holders.

The duration of the contract, including any extensions, will be limited to 24 months.

Candidates should be attentive to this information as it may impact their long-term professional plans.

The Federal Institute was created in 2008 as part of an initiative by the Federal Government to improve education in Brazil.

In Southern Minas Gerais, IFSULDEMINAS emerged from the merger of the federal agricultural technical schools in Inconfidentes, Machado, and Muzambinho, recognized for their teaching quality.
