The UECE Has Opened Applications for Free EaD Courses and In-Person Classes in Over 40 Municipalities in Ceará. The Exam Will Be on December 8.

If you are looking for an opportunity to start or continue your studies, the State University of Ceará (UECE) has the perfect solution!

In partnership with the Open University of Brazil (UAB), the institution is offering 4,216 spots in free EaD courses and in-person classes, distributed across more than 40 municipalities in Ceará. Applications are now open and can be made until November 27, 2024.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to enter higher education without leaving home or their city, with courses covering Licentiate degrees in various areas as well as Public Administration and Accounting Sciences.

How Does the Selection Process Work?

The selection for the free EaD courses at UECE will be conducted through a general knowledge exam, scheduled for December 8, 2024. The test will include questions in the areas of:

Human Sciences;
Natural Sciences and Mathematics;
Languages and Codes (including writing).

The quota system ensures access for specific groups such as public school teachers and PcD, promoting inclusion and diversity.

- Public Administration;
- Accounting Sciences.

The spots are divided according to specific criteria:

50% for public school teachers;
5% for PcD;
45% for open competition.

UECE also offers quotas for groups such as Black, Brown, Indigenous, and Quilombola individuals, promoting inclusion and diversity in higher education.
