Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), recognized as one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in the world, is offering unmissable opportunities in free courses for Brazilian students. The university is accepting applications for full scholarships aimed at master’s programs.
The Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships program was created with the goal of attracting outstanding students from various countries, including Brazil, to pursue a master’s degree at TU Delft. Applications for this initiative are open until December 1st, and the scholarships cover both academic costs and living expenses for the two-year duration of the courses.

Procedures to Apply for Scholarships at TU Delft
Interested students must submit all necessary documentation together with the application form, as the program does not accept later submissions of documents. It is mandatory to follow the standard admission process for master’s programs while also applying for the scholarship through a specific form.
TU Delft offers a wide range of master’s courses, and the complete list can be consulted here. During the application process, the following documents are required and must be submitted with sworn translation:
- Copy of the original diploma and its translated version;
- Authenticated copy of the official academic transcript, with front and back, in the original language;
- English proficiency certificate (TOEFL iBT, IELTS, Cambridge C1 Advanced, or C2 Proficiency);
- Motivation letter (see tips on how to write one here);
- Updated Curriculum Vitae;
- Two letters of recommendation (check guidelines on how to request them);
- Portfolio, if applicable;
- GRE test, if applicable;
- Specific scholarship form (available here).
