Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering: A Unique Opportunity

The Specialization Program in Engineering at Embraer, now in its 33rd edition, has 45 openings available for engineers from all over Brazil.

This professional master’s program, conducted in partnership with ITA, focuses on the accelerated development of careers in the aerospace sector.

The duration of the course is 18 months, and during this period, students receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 5,000, which is adjusted by 20% in the second year.

According to information from Embraer, applications for the program are open until September 22, and the selection process is entirely remote.

However, there is an important detail: selected candidates will need to reside in São José dos Campos (SP), as classes and other activities occur in person at the Embraer and ITA facilities.

Who Can Participate?

The program is intended for engineers who graduated between 2022 and 2024 in a broad range of fields. According to Embraer, eligible courses include:

At the end of the course, students receive a professional master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, recognized by CAPES/MEC.

Program Success History

Founded in 2001, the Specialization Program in Engineering at Embraer has already graduated over 1,700 professionals from more than 100 Brazilian universities.

According to data from Embraer, the hiring rate of participants by the company is impressive: about 96% of engineers who completed the course were hired by Embraer, solidifying the partnership between ITA and the company as one of the most effective in developing talent for the aerospace sector.

How to Enroll in Embraer’s Courses

Those interested in participating in this edition of the program should access the official Embraer website and register by September 22.

The announcement of selected candidates is scheduled for December, and classes will begin in February 2025.

According to Embraer’s announcement, the selection process will be conducted remotely, but presence in São José dos Campos is essential during the course.
