CEFET Offers 978 Vacancies in Technical Courses for 2025, With Enrollment Open Until October 15 and Exams on November 24.

Cefet/RJ (Federal Center for Technological Education of Rio de Janeiro) announced the opening of applications for the selection process of the technical courses integrated with high school for the year 2025. Distribution of Vacancies and Technical Courses Offered by CEFET

The 978 vacancies are distributed among the various units of Cefet/RJ, each offering a specific range of technical courses.

The Maracanã Unit, located in the capital, offers 512 vacancies, while the Uneds (Distance Education Units) in Itaguaí, Maria da Graça, Nova Friburgo, Nova Iguaçu, Petrópolis, and Valença provide the remaining vacancies, totaling 466.

Details of the Selection Process

According to the announcement, Cefet/RJ provides 978 vacancies for various technical courses at its units.

Enrollment will be open until October 15 and must be done exclusively through the official selection process website.

The registration fee is R$ 60, and there is a possibility of exemption for candidates who meet the established criteria.

Interested individuals requesting exemption have until September 3 to submit their request.

The selection process will be conducted in a single phase, with exams scheduled for November 24.

Candidates will be evaluated in objective tests of Portuguese Language, Mathematics, Natural Sciences (covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), and Human Sciences (including Geography and History), as well as a Writing test.

Não é online. Existem alternativas que são semi presenciais, mas não no Cefet. Há cursos subsequentes para quem já tem o ensino médio, mas é outro processo seletivo e as aulas do subsequente são noturnas.
