The Federal Institute has opened registrations for various subsequent free technical courses. There are 1,125 vacancies exclusively for those who have already completed high school.

Selection Process
IFPB reserves 50% of the total vacancies in the technical courses for candidates from public schools (EEP). Within these vacancies, there are subdivisions for self-declared black, brown, and indigenous candidates (PPI), self-declared Quilombolas (Q) candidates, and candidates with disabilities (PcD).
The selection for the technical courses is made through an analysis of academic performance in Portuguese or Portuguese and Mathematics or equivalent subjects taken in the 1st and 2nd years of high school, or equivalent; or through an analysis of performance in Portuguese and Mathematics, as described in the document of the National Examination for Certification of Young and Adult Competencies (ENCCEJA) and the National High School Examination (Enem), or equivalents.
