High-Demand Professions Until 2030
More Innovation In The Job Market
According to Korn Ferry’s senior client partner, Antônio Mendonça, the job market should remain stable regarding unemployment until 2023; however, companies will continue to be in a moment of innovation and technology.
The senior partner also states that the forced reinvention of professionals that occurred in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic should persist, but intentionally. For him, the fields of technology, engineering, and logistics should continue to have high demand, although there may be a correction after the pandemic boom.
The senior organizational development consultant from LHH, Mariângela Schoenacker, adds that new topics are entering the radar of the technology sector.
Changing Careers To High-Demand Ones?
Noticing market trends, some professionals are preparing to change jobs, such as physical education professional and student Matheus Silveira, 29 years old.
He still works in physical education; however, he enrolled in systems analysis and systems development in search of a better quality of life. Matheus is also preparing to enter the IT job market in 2023.
His focus is on perfecting a specific programming language, intending to secure a job more easily. “I believe it will be easier for me to find a job that requires a programming language rather than learning multiple things and focusing on just one to excel in it,” he commented.
