Free Vocational Courses: What Is Being Offered?

To compete for a 100% scholarship, it is necessary to meet the following criteria:
- Per Capita Income of up to two minimum wages;
- Meet the requirements of the chosen course, such as minimum education or prior knowledge;
- Be quick! The order of enrollment is one of the factors considered.
