Free Course Offers Technical Training in Elevator Maintenance, Monthly Scholarship of R$ 1,500 and In-Person Classes in Seven Brazilian Cities. Applications Are Open Until November 20, 2025.

Atlas Schindler has opened applications for the free Elevator Maintenance course, with a monthly incentive scholarship of R$ 1,500 throughout the four-month training.

The online registration runs from October 20 to November 20, 2025, and the in-person classes will have 30 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

At the end, those who meet the performance and attendance criteria will receive a certificate issued by the company.

Vacancies and Cities: Where to Study Elevator Maintenance

The program offers 81 vacancies distributed across seven locations.

In São Paulo and the ABC region, there are 35 vacancies.

The other classes are divided among Santos (6), Rio de Janeiro (8), Balneário Camboriú (8), Goiânia (8), Uberlândia (8), and Porto Alegre (8).

The classes are entirely in-person at these locations, with specific groups by city.

What the Student Learns: Theory, Practice and Safety

The training combines theoretical content and supervised field practice.

In the first modules, the curriculum covers safety standards applied to the work environment, with emphasis on NR 10, NR 18, and NR 35.

Next, the course addresses the operation of elevators, their components, and preventive maintenance procedures.

In the following stage, the focus shifts to customer and product safety, with emphasis on verification and adjustment of critical components.

Finally, the student dives deeper into commands and electrical circuits specific to elevators.

Among the modules, participants accompany technical teams in field activities to visualize, in practice, what was seen in class.

Certification and Passing Criteria

The certification is conditioned on performance and attendance.

The notice sets a minimum score of 70% in each module, 100% attendance in theoretical classes, and a minimum presence of 90% in practical classes, allowing up to 10% of justifiable absences.

There is also a final theoretical-practical assessment to complete the training.

Who Can Participate: Mandatory Requirements

Applications are open to candidates who are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and have completed high school.

Another essential requirement is technical training in electrical or mechanical fields.

Those who are still studying can participate, provided they prove at least 50% progress in their technical course through a school report.

Availability to attend in-person classes in the morning, from Monday to Friday, is also required.

How Selection Works: Stages and Deadlines

The selection process occurs in three phases.

First, the organization conducts a profile and documentation analysis to verify if the candidate meets the prerequisites.

Next, the qualified candidates take a technical test on basic knowledge of the field.

Finally, those approved undergo interviews and behavioral assessments, which may include group dynamics.

Approved candidates need to submit data and documents to confirm enrollment from December 1, 2025, to January 9, 2026.

Failure to meet this stage or irregularities will result in exclusion from the process.

The notice also provides for disqualification in cases of forged documentation, failure to meet deadlines, or behavior inconsistent with program rules.

Scholarship Incentive: Value and Rules

In addition to the free course, Atlas Schindler grants a monthly education incentive scholarship of R$ 1,500, paid at the end of each completed month.

The benefit is linked to maintaining the vacancy and meeting academic requirements.

In cases of loss of vacancy, such as failure due to performance or attendance below the minimum, the student loses the right to the scholarship.

Employability and Window of Opportunity

The maintenance and modernization of vertical transport systems are expanding sectors, driven by urban densification and increasingly stringent building safety requirements.

Therefore, technical training with a recognized certification and content aligned with regulatory standards tends to enhance the competitiveness of graduates in selection processes, both at Atlas Schindler and at other companies in the sector.

Even though the program does not guarantee hiring, practical experience and mastery of commands and electrical circuits strengthen the professional profile demanded by the market.

Required Documents: What to Separate in Advance

To expedite the verification stage, it helps to organize in advance items such as identity document and CPF, proof of address, bank statement, high school transcript and certificate, and proofs of technical course — whether the diploma or historical record proving 50% completion.

The digitization must be legible, as incomplete files may hinder enrollment.

General Rules and Communication with Candidates

All information provided during registration must be truthful.

The application is individual and non-transferable, does not guarantee a vacancy, and is subject to qualifying phases.

The organization will inform selected candidates of the start date for classes and initial guidelines after the document submission stage.

Questions not addressed in the notice will be decided by the program coordination.

How to Register

Applications are made exclusively online, from October 20 to November 20, 2025, on the Technical School of Elevators page of Atlas Schindler.

The candidate must fill out the form, attach the requested information, and follow the announcements regarding technical tests, interviews, and documentation deadlines.
