The Owner of the Brands Heinz, Hemmer, Quero, and BR Spices Seeks to Increase Representation; Applications Open Until the End of August

The Kraft Heinz Brazil, owner of the brands Heinz, Hemmer, Quero, and BR Spices, has just launched applications for the Global Trainee Program 2025. Applications for the selection process are open until August 26, according to the Exame website.

Opportunities and Requirements of the Program

The trainee program offers job vacancies in the areas of Support and Sales in São Paulo, as well as opportunities in the factory operations located in Nerópolis/GO, Nova Goiás/GO, and Blumenau/SC. To participate, it is necessary to have completed higher education between December 2022 and December 2024.

Candidates must be willing to reside in the company’s areas of operation. Although there are no restrictions on courses, degrees in engineering, sciences, and supply chain are differentiators for the operations vacancies. Carol Dias, Director of People & Performance at Kraft Heinz Brazil, emphasizes: “This is an ideal experience for those who want to build a legacy, get hands-on, and challenge themselves. Program Structure and Benefits

The trainee program will have a duration of 12 months, with a hybrid work model: three days in person and two remote. English is considered a differentiator but is not an elimination criterion. For those who are not fluent, the company offers an intensive English course lasting three months before the program starts, scheduled for January 2025.

Muito esquisito isso de “sem diferencial de idade, inclusão e diversidade” mas o rango de graduação finalizada está entre dez 2022 e 2024. Vocês estão descrevendo Baby Graduates para seu processo de trainees, pedindo entre outras coisas perfil inovador. Esto é uma mentalidade de empresa tercer mundista, além de notícia enganosa, meu Deus do céu, por isso não querem lidar com pessoas de mais idades. Tirarei da minha lista de compras essas marcas.
