Program Structure and Benefits
The trainee program will have a duration of 12 months, with a hybrid work model: three days in person and two remote. English is considered a differentiator but is not an elimination criterion. For those who are not fluent, the company offers an intensive English course lasting three months before the program starts, scheduled for January 2025.
