For the receptionist positions, Rede D’Or only requires a complete high school education and experience in the area. However, to be a good receptionist, the candidate should possess certain qualities, as this is the first person the client comes into contact with, being responsible for the company’s first impression. Therefore, it is crucial to have good communication skills, organization, proactivity, among other qualities.
The approved receptionists at Rede D’Or must manage the reception, fully registering the patient (Full name without abbreviations, CPF, RG, date of birth, ZIP code, Address, Home and Cell Phone), answer the phone and route calls, check administrative pending issues, signatures, authorization forms for insurance, among others.
