If you’re a fan of sports cars, get ready: the Mustang GT Performance with manual transmission will be launched in Brazil. This special version brings the American Standard six-speed gearbox, combining nostalgia and performance.

With a naturally aspirated V8 5.0 engine delivering 488 hp and 57.5 kgfm, the manual Mustang promises a more visceral and engaging driving experience. The series will be limited, offering exclusivity for fans of the model.

F-150 Tremor – The Off-Road Pickup You Were Waiting For

The F-150 Tremor comes to strengthen Ford’s off-road portfolio. After a recent facelift, this version combines robust style with off-road performance.

With 18-inch all-terrain tires and matte gray finishes, it replaces traditional chrome. Under the hood, it retains the 5.0 V8 engine with 405 hp, ensuring enough power for any challenge.

Redesigned Territory – Now Plug-In Hybrid?

The redesigned Ford Territory will come with two engine options: the 1.5 turbo with 170 hp, perfect for agile performance, and the plug-in hybrid version, which combines the combustion engine with an electric motor, delivering 218 hp of combined power.

The Territory gets a new look and possibly a plug-in hybrid version. Already tested in Brazil, the model is expected to combine the 1.5 turbo engine with 150 hp with an electric motor of 82 hp, totaling 218 hp.
This change reflects Ford’s commitment to bringing more sustainability to the Brazilian automotive market, without neglecting power and comfort.

Redesigned Maverick – Renewed Technology and Versatility

The redesigned Maverick promises to please even more. With an updated design and the option of all-wheel drive in the hybrid version, the model stands out for its versatility.

Inside, the new 13.2” multimedia screen offers more connectivity, while the hybrid engine delivers 194 hp, perfect for those seeking efficiency and performance.

Other Highlights Among Ford’s Launches in Brazil in 2025

In addition to the already mentioned models, Ford has other surprises in store:

Single Cab Ranger: Designed for heavy-duty work, with a 2.0 turbo diesel engine producing 170 hp and a six-speed manual transmission.

New Transit: The van gains modern versions and, for the first time, the E-Transit Minibus, electric, with capacity for 15 passengers.

F-150 Hybrid and Raptor: The hybrid version combines advanced technology with a 3.5 turbo V6 engine, while the Raptor takes sportiness to another level, with a 3.5 biturbo V6 engine producing 456 hp.

Ranger Storm: A pickup with off-road appeal, offering robustness and performance on challenging terrains.

Bronco Sport Facelift: Minor changes that make a big difference, including new wheels, modular bumpers, and a next-generation multimedia center.

Único carro que era fabricado pela Ford no país era o Ford k e a ecoesporte montada em camaçari . Aí o que é que tem a ver , um cidadão, que se acha patriota , dizer pra não comprar outros veículos da Ford pq ela parou com a fábrica. Kkkkkkkk é cada cidadão

A saída da Ford do Brasil foi motivada por prejuízos acumulados e a alta carga tributária, fatores que tornaram a operação inviável no país. A empresa acumulou mais de R$ 61 bilhões em perdas na América do Sul entre 2013 e 2020, sendo o Brasil um dos principais mercados dessa região. A baixa rentabilidade foi agravada pela crise econômica e pela redução na demanda durante a pandemia de COVID-19.

Outro fator decisivo foi a alta carga tributária brasileira, que representa entre 40% e 50% do preço final de um carro, dificultando a competitividade em relação a veículos importados ou produzidos em países com impostos mais baixos. Além disso, o custo elevado de produção no Brasil, somado à burocracia e à logística precária, contribuiu para a decisão de encerrar as atividades industriais no país.
