Mutirão Contrata SP – Facilities Offers More Than 1,3 Thousand Jobs in Cleaning, Security and Maintenance; Selections Occur in 12 Units of the Cate Until Wednesday
The City of São Paulo, in partnership with the Support Center for Work and Entrepreneurship (Cate), is holding the Contrata SP – Facilities this Monday (14). The action provides more than 1,3 thousand job opportunities in various areas of the service sector. The goal is to facilitate access to the job market for the city’s population.
Opportunities in the Service Sector
The main focus of the mutirão is on job opportunities in cleaning, security, maintenance, and other service sector areas. The selection processes will occur from 9 AM to 4 PM in 12 units of the Cate spread across São Paulo.
To participate, candidates must present their ID, CPF, work card (physical or digital), and updated CV copies.

Salaries and Sought Profiles
Among the available positions are roles such as cleaning assistant and access controller. Salaries range from R$ 1.640 to R$ 2.421. The positions are effective and open to people with or without experience. The required education level depends on the position, being assessed according to the intended role.
In addition to Contrata SP – Facilities, the Cate has other job openings in different sectors. Opportunities include areas such as commerce, services, construction, and health. Salaries range from R$ 735, for the position of collections operator, to R$ 4.867, for early childhood education teacher.
Highlights of the Mutirão
More than 100 positions are open for cashier or cashier supervisor. The remuneration for these roles varies from R$ 1.069 to R$ 2.170. All are effective positions. Some companies accept candidates without prior experience.
Another highlight is the number of telemarketing positions: there are 90 opportunities. Salaries range from R$ 1.412 to R$ 2.250. For these job positions, only a completed elementary education is required. No experience in the field is necessary.
Those interested in any of the job vacancies can apply through the Cate Portal or visit one of the 44 units of the center — both fixed and mobile — until Wednesday (16) at 6 PM. For in-person attendance, it is necessary to bring ID, CPF, and work card.
